Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment? +
Message WhatsApp or Telegram with your concern, clear photos and your preferred date. The clinic operates by appointment only.
What does "by appointment only" mean? +
Contact the clinic before arrival so the team can allocate proper assessment and treatment time. Walk-ins cannot always be accommodated.
What are your opening hours? +
DIVA is currently open 12:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Confirm your exact appointment time on WhatsApp or Telegram before travelling.
Can international or out-of-town clients book ahead? +
Yes. Send your photos, concern and travel dates in advance. See the language guides for Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Chinese, Thai and Khmer clients.

Treatments & Safety

How do I know which treatment is right for me? +
Start with your main concern and send clear photos. The exact treatment is confirmed only after a direct assessment at the clinic — see the Concerns hub to identify your starting point.
Can I choose a machine or technology myself? +
You may share a preference, but the device, energy setting and protocol should follow your skin condition and goal, not the other way round. The Technology hub explains what each option is generally used for.
How many sessions will I need? +
Many concerns need a series rather than a single visit. The exact range depends on severity, your response and how well you follow aftercare.
Are results guaranteed? +
No. No treatment can guarantee identical results for every person — outcomes vary by skin condition, number of sessions and aftercare. DIVA communicates realistic expectations before treatment.
Is downtime normal? +
Redness, dryness, peeling or swelling may be expected after some procedures. Warning signs such as unusual pain, blistering or signs of infection need prompt review — see Aftercare & Support.
Can sensitive or reactive skin still have laser treatment? +
Sometimes, but weak, inflamed or steroid-damaged skin may need recovery time before a stronger procedure is suitable. This is assessed directly.

Aftercare & Recovery

What should I do after treatment? +
Follow the written aftercare guidance for your specific procedure, avoid picking or strong actives, and send photos if recovery seems unusual. Full guidance is on the Aftercare & Support page.
When should I contact the clinic after a procedure? +
Contact DIVA for unusual or increasing pain, redness or swelling that worsens after 48 hours, signs of infection, blistering, or any result you are unsure about.
Is homecare compulsory? +
No. Homecare products are sometimes recommended to support recovery, but they are not compulsory. You will still be guided on what to avoid during recovery either way.
What is your warranty or refund policy? +
Refund or re-treatment requests are handled case by case, since skin response varies between individuals. Read the full policy article for details.

Pricing & Packages

Are prices fixed? +
Price depends on the method, product, treatment area and package selected. Always confirm the current price before treatment — see the Price List.
Do you offer packages for multiple sessions? +
Session validity, inclusions and transfer rules should be confirmed in writing before purchasing any package.
Do prices or promotions change? +
Yes, prices and promotions can change over time. Confirm the current price on the Price List or directly with the clinic before booking.
