Consultation is an important part of treatment because every client has a different condition. Two people may ask for the same service, but their skin may react very differently depending on their skin barrier, inflammation level, product use, past treatments, allergies, and daily habits.
Before recommending a treatment, DIVA Skin Clinic Poipet may ask about your current skin concern, previous treatment history, skincare routine, homecare products, sensitivity, allergies, lifestyle, and expected result. This helps us understand what may affect your result and what may increase the risk of irritation or unwanted reactions.
A clear consultation helps both sides understand the treatment goal, possible limitations, aftercare needs, and realistic result expectations before starting.
The same concern can have different causes. Send clear photos to DIVA for an initial, no-pressure assessment before you decide anything.
When we explain homecare, recovery products, sunscreen, or aftercare steps, the purpose is not to force clients to buy more products.
The purpose is to help protect the treatment result and reduce avoidable reactions. Some treatments, especially acne treatment, pigmentation treatment, melasma treatment, laser, peel, microneedling, skinbooster, filler, botox, PMU, and tattoo removal, need proper aftercare.
Without correct aftercare, the skin may recover slower, become irritated, develop more pigmentation, or the result may not last as expected. At DIVA Skin Clinic Poipet, consultation and aftercare explanation are part of professional responsibility.
Clients have the right to choose whether to buy products from DIVA Skin Clinic or from outside. We respect that choice.
You are not forced to buy homecare products from the clinic. However, if you choose to use outside products, please make sure they are suitable for your skin condition and treatment stage.
If you are unsure, you should send the product name, ingredient list, or product photo to the clinic before using it after treatment. This is especially important after laser, peel, acne treatment, pigmentation treatment, melasma treatment, skinbooster, mesotherapy, filler, botox, PMU, tattoo removal, or any treatment that makes the skin more sensitive.
DIVA Skin Clinic Poipet is responsible for the treatment performed at the clinic and the products or aftercare items provided directly by the clinic when used correctly as instructed.
This includes:
The treatment performed by DIVA Skin Clinic Poipet.
The technique and method used at DIVA.
Products used during the treatment session at the clinic.
Aftercare instructions given by DIVA.
Products supplied directly by DIVA, if used correctly as instructed.
Follow-up guidance related to the treatment performed at DIVA.
We guide and support clients based on the treatment we performed and the information provided by the client before and after treatment.
Some reactions or results may be outside the clinic’s control if they are related to products, actions, or information that were not performed, supplied, approved, or guided by DIVA.
This may include:
Using outside skincare products after treatment without checking with the clinic.
Using strong acids, retinol, whitening creams, peeling products, or unknown mixed creams after treatment.
Mixing many products at the same time.
Using products from another clinic, pharmacy, online shop, or friend recommendation without informing DIVA.
Not following aftercare instructions.
Picking, scratching, squeezing, or peeling the treated area.
Sun exposure without proper protection.
Applying makeup or using dirty tools too soon after treatment.
Sleeping late, poor diet, stress, or hormonal factors that may affect the skin.
Receiving treatment from another place during the same recovery period.
Hiding important information such as allergy, medication, pregnancy, recent procedures, or product use.
If a reaction happens because of outside products or actions that were not advised by DIVA, it may not be considered the clinic’s treatment responsibility.
Many clients use skincare from different sources. Some products may be suitable. Some may be too strong, too irritating, or not suitable after treatment.
After treatment, the skin may be more sensitive than usual. Products that were previously tolerated may suddenly feel irritating. This is why we may ask clients to avoid certain ingredients for a period of time.
Products or ingredients that may need to be avoided after selected treatments include:
Strong acids such as AHA, BHA, or peeling acids.
Retinol or retinoids.
Scrubs or exfoliating tools.
Peeling products.
Strong whitening creams.
Unknown mixed creams.
Alcohol-heavy products.
Any product that causes burning, peeling, redness, or unusual irritation.
If you want to use outside products, please ask before using them after treatment. This helps reduce unnecessary reactions and protects your result.
Good treatment requires cooperation between the clinic and the client. DIVA can perform the treatment, guide the aftercare, and support recovery. But the client also needs to follow important instructions at home.
Aftercare may include:
Keeping the skin or treated area clean.
Avoiding picking, scratching, squeezing, or peeling.
Avoiding strong active ingredients too soon.
Using sunscreen properly when needed.
Keeping the treated area moisturized when advised.
Avoiding heat, sauna, alcohol, or heavy exercise for selected treatments.
Not applying unknown products.
Contacting the clinic early if something feels unusual.
When clients follow aftercare well, the skin has a better chance to recover properly and maintain the result.
DIVA Skin Clinic Poipet provides support based on the treatment performed at the clinic and the products or instructions provided by DIVA.
If you experience unusual reactions after treatment, please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp, Telegram, or website chat. Please send clear photos, the treatment date, symptoms, and the products you used after treatment.
We will review the situation and advise the next step. However, treatment support or warranty may not apply when the issue is caused by:
Outside products not supplied or approved by DIVA.
Not following aftercare instructions.
Self-treatment at home.
Picking, squeezing, peeling, or scratching the treated area.
Receiving treatment elsewhere during the same recovery period.
Using products or medicine without informing the clinic.
Hiding important medical or treatment history.
Natural skin response that was explained before treatment.
Unrealistic expectations beyond the treatment scope.
This policy is not meant to blame the client. It is to make treatment responsibility clear, fair, and professional for both sides.
Before treatment, please tell us if you:
Are using acne medication, retinol, acids, whitening cream, peeling products, or prescription skincare.
Recently had laser, peel, injection, filler, botox, PMU, or other treatment elsewhere.
Have allergies or a history of strong skin reactions.
Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.
Have active infection, open wounds, or severe inflammation.
Are taking medication that may affect skin healing.
Have a history of keloid, poor wound healing, or pigmentation problems.
Used unknown creams or products bought online.
The more accurate the information, the safer and clearer the treatment plan can be.
Please contact DIVA Skin Clinic Poipet if you notice:
Strong burning that does not calm down.
Redness getting worse instead of better.
Swelling that increases.
Pus, open wounds, or signs of infection.
Severe pain.
Skin turning unusually dark, pale, purple, or cold.
Filler area pain, color change, or unusual swelling.
Eye symptoms after treatment near the face.
Any reaction that worries you.
Do not wait too long or try to treat it yourself with random products. Send photos through WhatsApp or Telegram so we can guide you properly.

DIVA Skin Clinic Poipet welcomes Indonesian clients and explains aftercare clearly before and after treatment.
Suitability is always confirmed in person — this list is general guidance, not a diagnosis.
No aesthetic treatment is risk-free, and outcomes vary between individuals. On Asian skin the main concern with energy or peel treatments is post-inflammatory pigmentation (PIH) when aftercare or sun protection is neglected. Tell your practitioner about pregnancy, medication, recent sun exposure, or a history of easy scarring or keloids.
Contact DIVA promptly if, after a session, you notice prolonged or increasing redness or swelling, blistering, severe or worsening pain, spreading discolouration, or anything that worries you — early guidance is always better than waiting.
DIVA Skin Clinic Poipet serves a mixed international community in the border city of Poipet — clients from Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Thailand, the Philippines and local Cambodia. Consultations can be handled in several languages so you can describe your skin clearly before visiting.
Pricing depends on your assessed skin condition, the method chosen and the number of sessions — so a single number rarely fits everyone. For current starting prices, see the price list, or send a photo to DIVA for guidance specific to your case.
Send your concern or a clear skin photo. We assess first and advise honestly — you do not need to commit to anything.
